Abstract

The invention discloses a tank field scheduling work flow planning method, which comprises the following steps: 1) work flow planning in which a dispatcher appoints a tank field starting device, a passing-through device, and a terminal device and takes the shortest path, the fewest nodes, and the single line / double lines as the restraint conditions with the useable state of the devices being of input state. A network algorithm-extended state task network is used to automatically reason for a number of optimal operating flows; and 2) operating flows reviewing and releasing in which the dispatcher chooses suitable operating flows to be submitted for reviewing by management staff who releases the operating flows after the reviewing of the operating flows. According to the invention, available states and restraint conditions of a tank field are combined and a network algorithm-extended state task network (ESTN) is employed for dispatching flow planning. Compared with the dispatching schemes relying heavily on human experience, this planning method is more objective and reasonable, and can effectively minimize the errors of oil transporting operations in a crude oil tank field and a product oil field, therefore, raising working efficiency.
