The push rod is arranged relative to the substrate in a sliding mode and provided with a notch matched with an operation hole of a pushing mechanism; the rotary plate is rotationally installed on the substrate and provided with a first arm matched with the microswitch and a second microswitch matched with the push rod; the torsion spring is used for the first arm to abut against the microswitch; the return spring is used for pushing the push rod so that the push rod can abut against the second arm all the time; the unlocking piece is rotationally installed on the rotary plate and used for driving the rotary plate to rotate, so that the first arm is separated from the microswitch, and meanwhile the push rod is moved, so the concave of the push rod is aligned to the operation hole.
