The bogie comprises a load transmission mechanism, a frame body and an elastic positioning mechanism, wherein the frame body is provided with an accommodating gap part for accommodating the load transmission structure; the elastic positioning mechanism is arranged between the load transmission structure and a side wall of the accommodating gap part along a longitudinal direction; the elastic positioning structure comprises a shell, and a first partition part and a second partition part which are arranged in the inner cavity of the shell in sequence along the longitudinal direction; the inner cavity is partitioned into a first chamber, a second chamber and a third chamber by the first partition part and the second partition part; the first chamber and the second chamber are fully filled with damping fluid; the first partition part is provided with a damping hole for communicating the first chamber and the second chamber; the second partitioning part is elastic; an annular deformed part is formed on the shell corresponding to at least a part of the circumferential side wall of the first chamber.
