The detachable evaporation device comprises an evaporator main body, a connecting skirt and throat clamps, wherein the evaporator main body comprises an upper disc body, an evaporation tube, a lower disc body, an air outlet, a circulation water outlet, a water temperature sensor, a circulation water inlet, an air inlet and a water injection hole, wherein the evaporation tube is connected between the upper disc body and the lower disc body; the upper disc body and the lower disc body are both of an internal cavity welded structure; the upper disc body is connected with the evaporation tube, the water temperature sensor, the circulation water inlet, the air inlet and the water injection hole; the lower disc body is connected with the circulation water outlet, the air outlet and the evaporation tube; the connecting skirt surrounds the peripheries of the upper disc body and the lower disc body to form the shape of a bucket; the peripheries of the upper disc body and the lower disc body are sleeved by the connecting skirt and are locked through the throat clamp.
