Problems solved by technology

[0004] The above methods, no matter manual, hydraulic, pneumatic or electric, require the personnel in the cabin to manually judge, intervene and implement, and cannot truly realize the automatic dumping and floating under the specific emergency situation of the mothership (cliff, falling deep)

Embodiment Construction

[0018] The specific implementation manner of the present invention will be described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0019] See figure 1 , figure 2 , the present invention includes a ballast 1, the upper part of the ballast 1 is fixed with a lifting lug 2, the underwater equipment body is fixed with a mounting frame 3 through a screw 9, the mounting frame 3 includes an ear plate 301, and the lifting lug 2 and the ear plate 301 are fixed. Each is provided with a through hole for the plunger 4 to pass through and slide; the mounting bracket 3 is fixed with a cylinder block 5, and the cylinder block 5 has a hollow cavity with one end open, and one end of the plunger 4 is inserted into the place through the opening. The hollow cavity, and the seal between the plunger 4 and the hollow cavity is sealed by a sealing member 6. The sealing member 6 usually adopts an O-shaped sealing ring, and the sealed hollow cavity is pre-filled with internal pressure. The cy...

Abstract

The invention provides a deep sea self-induction emergency load rejection mechanism. The mechanism comprises a ballast, wherein a lifting lug is fixedly arranged at the upper part of the ballast; an installation rack is fixedly installed on a subsea equipment body and comprises lug plates; through holes for passing and sliding of a plunger are formed in the lifting lug and the lug plates; a cylinder block is fixedly installed on the installation rack and is provided with a hollow cavity with an opening in one end; one end of the plunger is stuffed in the hollow cavity; the plunger and the hollow cavity are sealed by sealing elements; the sealed hollow cavity is pre-filled with internal pressure; the cylinder block and the plunger are connected by a locating pin; the other end of the plunger passes through the through hole of the lifting lug and the through holes of the lug plates; under the actions of the internal and external pressures of the sealed hollow cavity, the plunger is connected with the through hole of the lifting lug or breaks away from the through hole of the lifting lug so that the ballast is connected with the installation rack or breaks away from the installation rack. The mechanism achieves automatic load rejection through self induction of internal and external pressures.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of underwater load dumping, in particular to a mechanism for dumping loads applied to underwater equipment such as submarines or submersibles by automatically sensing external seawater pressure. Background technique [0002] In order to improve the safety of underwater equipment, especially the safety of the staff in the underwater manned equipment, it is usually necessary to equip an emergency dumping device. The underwater equipment is in a positive buoyancy state, so it can safely surface and wait for the rescue of the surface ship. [0003] At present, the triggering of the emergency dumping mechanism on the submarine or submersible generally has the following methods: the personnel in the cabin manually operate the mechanical mechanism through the pressure-resistant cabin; the personnel in the cabin operate the manual hydraulic pump (or high-pressure gas cylinder) in the cabin. The hydraulic (or pneuma...
