[0016] According to the invention, the design of the load sensor is considered to be intended for continuous measurement of the load of the rail vehicle as a function of the mechanical impact of that part of the vehicle load and for the transfer of output air pressure for braking.

Abstract

The invention relates to a load sensor. According to the design, the load sensor is used to continuously measure loads of a railway vehicle and convey an output pressure of air used for braking. The load sensor comprises a main body, wherein a cavity body at the center part comprises a disk on a diaphragm installed around peripheries of the main body; the upper part of the main body comprises a first orifice and a second orifice, rods touching the diaphragm are installed in the orifices, and the rods are loaded elastically so as to press against the diaphragm; a saddle valve which is loaded by a spring towards the rod is disposed on the wall part of the orifice above the rod and is used to seal the orifice and provide connection between the first orifice and the second orifice; the spring of the saddle valve is placed around a leg part of the valve and presses against a seat part of the valve; the opened cavity body which encloses a stopping block and is located on the lower part of the main body comprises movable and fixed annular limiting parts which stop separation from the cavity body; and end faces of the rods located on the contact side of the disk capable of elastic deformation, and end faces of a push part located on the contact side of the diaphragm are made into a flat shape.
