Embodiment 1

[0025] The sizing process of linen fabric yarn comprises the steps:

[0026] 1) Add 1 to 2 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene oleate, 0.8 parts by weight of potassium persulfate, 2.3 parts by weight of water-soluble polyacrylic acid, 1.2 parts by weight of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and 11 parts by weight of modified starch into 35 parts by weight part deionized water, stir evenly;

[0027] 2) Add 1.5 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol distearate, 0.8 parts by weight of pancreatic bleach T, 1.1 parts by weight of phosphoric acid, and 0.6 parts by weight of triadimefon, and continue to stir until fully mixed evenly to obtain a slurry;

[0028] 3) Immerse the yarn in the size solution for sizing, press off the remaining solution, and dry.

Embodiment 2

[0030] The sizing process of linen fabric yarn comprises the steps:

[0031] 1) 1 part by weight of polyoxyethylene oleate, 0.8 parts by weight of potassium persulfate, 2.3 parts by weight of water-soluble polyacrylic acid, 1.2 parts by weight of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and 11 parts by weight of modified starch were dropped into 35 parts by weight in sequence. In ionized water, stir evenly;

[0032] 2) Add 1.5 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol distearate, 0.8 parts by weight of pancreatic bleach T, 1.1 parts by weight of phosphoric acid, and 0.6 parts by weight of triadimefon, and continue to stir until fully mixed evenly to obtain a slurry;

[0033] 3) Immerse the yarn in the size solution for sizing, press off the remaining solution, and dry.

Embodiment 3

[0035] The sizing process of linen fabric yarn comprises the steps:

[0036] 1) Put 2 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene oleate, 0.8 parts by weight of potassium persulfate, 2.3 parts by weight of water-soluble polyacrylic acid, 1.2 parts by weight of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and 11 parts by weight of modified starch into 35 parts by weight in turn. In ionized water, stir evenly;

[0037] 2) Add 1.5 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol distearate, 0.8 parts by weight of pancreatic bleach T, 1.1 parts by weight of phosphoric acid, and 0.6 parts by weight of triadimefon, and continue to stir until fully mixed evenly to obtain a slurry;

[0038] 3) Immerse the yarn in the size solution for sizing, press off the remaining solution, and dry.

Abstract

The invention discloses a sizing process of linen fabric yarns. The sizing process of the linen fabric yarns comprises the following steps: 1) putting 1 to 2 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene oleate, 0.8 part by weight of potassium persulfate, 2.3 parts by weight of water-soluble polyacrylic acid, 1.2 parts by weight of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and 11 parts by weight of modified starch sequentially into 35 parts by weight of deionized water, and stirring uniformly; 2) putting 1.5 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol distearate, 0.8 part by weight of igepal T, 1.1 parts by weight of phosphoric acid and 0.6 part by weight of triazolone, continuously stirring until the materials are mixed completely and uniformly to prepare size; 3) soaking the yarns in the size, sizing, pressing to remove residue liquid and drying. The hairiness of the sized yarns is adhered, the strength is obviously improved, high wear resistance is achieved and the stretching maintaining performance of the yarns is high.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the sizing process of linen fabric yarn. Background technique [0002] The warp yarns of fabrics such as cotton, viscose and synthetic fibers mostly pass through sizing before weaving; and the performance of existing sizing liquid needs to be improved. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sizing process of linen fabric yarn, after sizing, the hairiness of the yarn fits closely, the strength is significantly improved, the wear resistance is good, and the stretch retention performance of the yarn is good. [0004] In order to achieve the above object, the technical solution of the present invention is to design a kind of sizing process of linen fabric yarn, comprising the steps: [0005] 1) Add 1 to 2 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene oleate, 0.8 parts by weight of potassium persulfate, 2.3 parts by weight of water-soluble polyacrylic acid, 1.2 parts by weight of hydr...
