The method comprises the steps of building the power prediction model on the basis of the dynamic responses of the energy storage units of the power distribution node; and carrying out optimal solving according to the predicted value of the power prediction model and the optimized target value of the power of the power distribution node to obtain the optimal control values of the energy storage units.
