The system comprises clamping devices, a tightening apparatus and a tension measurement apparatus, wherein the two clamping devices are both used for clamping a measured wire rope, and the distance of the two clamping devices is a preset distance; the tightening apparatus is connected between the two clamping devices, is used for tightening the measured wire rope; and the tension measurement apparatus is connected between the two clamping devices and is used for measuring tension of the measured wire rope, and the tightening apparatus and the tension measurement apparatus are in parallel arrangement. According to the wire rope tension measurement system with the sphenoid, provided by the invention, under the condition that the measured wire rope is not bent and broken, through additionally installing the wire rope measurement system with the sphenoid on the measured wire rope, the tension of the measured wire rope can be measured, such that the tension measurement precision can be guaranteed, continuity of the measured wire rope can also be guaranteed, and normal application of the measured wire rope is not affected.
