Abstract

The invention belongs to the method for measuring bioamine in main stream smoke of cigarettes. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of a mixed series standard working : preparing the mixed series standard working solution with concentration gradient and containing an interior standard; (2) pretreatment of a sample: adding a cambridge filter gathered with total particulate matters of the main stream smoke of the cigarettes into 2% of a formic acid aqueous solution, and ultrasonically extracting for 30 minutes; (3) purification with solid-phase extraction column: enabling extract liquor obtained in the step (2) to flow through a mixed type cation exchange solid-phase extraction column, after eluting, blow-drying eluant under nitrogen, and redissolving with 2 mL of an acetonitrile aqueous solution to obtain sample purifying liquid; (4) carrying out HPLC-MS / MS measurement on the mixed series standard working solution containing the internal standard obtained in the step (2) and the sample purifying liquid obtained in the step (3) under the same conditions; and (5) result calculation: quantifying by using an internal standard method according to the ratio of the peak area of a targeted analyzed object to the peak area of the internal standard.
