Abstract

The invention relates to electronic equipment and a wireless communication method in a wireless communication system. At least one first cell and at least one second cell exist in the wireless communication system. Furthermore at least one second cell works in an unauthorized frequency band. The electronic equipment comprises one or a plurality of processing circuits which are configured for performing the following operations of configuring at least one second cell which works in the unauthorized frequency band for user equipment for realizing carrier aggregation communication; and aiming at each second cell which works in the unauthorized frequency band, dynamically or semi-statically generating energy detecting threshold information so that the user equipment can performing energy detection on the unauthorized frequency band based on the energy detecting threshold information. The electronic equipment and the wireless communication method according to the invention can optimize use of the unauthorized frequency spectrum through designing a reasonable energy detecting threshold dynamic adjusting mechanism without large modification on an existing standard and a chip.
