Benefits of technology

In this patented process, hydrogenated starch (HSC), an organic compound found naturally occurring from plants called coniferous tuberoses that makes up about 70% by weight of all plant matter. These molecules help absorb humidity when exposed to wet conditions during use without losing their ability to hold liquid due to their porosity. By modifying these materials, such as glucan, caffeine, hemiphilite, carboxymethylcelluloside, etc., they reduce stickiness, provide brisk dry tactile experiences upon wearer underwear, have improved flexibility, allow for longer exposures even at home, prevent leakages caused by excess fluid inside them, resist damage from abrasion, and keep the baby warmth and hydrone sensory felt smoothly. Additionally, the inventors modify the type of material used to make the fiberghier component, making it more flexible but less rigorous compared to regular yarn products like nylon. Overall, this new technology allows creation of stronger and durably worn garments suitable for infants who require quick care delivery and rewashings.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical solution describes how sensitive body parts (such as nerve endings) around small veins called infant dorsumens become vulnerable for them if they get wet too quickly during sleep because these tiny holes allow liquids to leak through without causing harmful effects. Additionally, there has been research showing that this issue affects older children who require longer periods before their own growth starts. Different solutions aim to prevent exposures and reduce sensitivity towards germinary diseases.

Abstract

The invention discloses a fibrilia air-permeable moisture-absorption cloth structure which is used for diapers for infants. The cloth structure is composed of two layers, wherein the inner layer is an air-permeable layer prepared by blending flax fibers, flax fibers, sisal fibers and aupoz fibers; and the outer layer is an moisture-absorption layer prepared by blending hemp fibers, kendir fibers, jute fibers and ambary fibers. In order to overcome the defect of demands for frequent replacement due to poor water retention property of the traditional pure cotton diapers and solve the problem of high economic cost due to one-time use of the paper diapers, the invention provides a cloth structure prepared by blending fibrilia. The cloth structure has favorable air permeability and moisture absorptivity, is environment-friendly, hygienic, green and economical, has favorable protection actions on the skin surface of infants, effectively prevents bacteria from invasion, controls the regeneration of bacteria, keeps the baby skin moist and clean, and has higher economic benefits and market popularization potential.
