The hand warming mouse comprises a mouse body, a heat guiding layer, a control module, a heating module, a storing module, a temperature sensor, a first key and a second key. The control module is respectively and electrically connected with the heating module, the storing module, the temperature sensor, the first key, the second key and a power supply pin of a USB interface of the mouse body. When the hand warming mouse works, the control module adjusts the target temperature in the storing module according to input signals of the first key, input signals of the second key and the preset step length, and controls the heating module to work according to the sensing temperature of the temperature sensor and the target temperature in the storing module. By means of the hand warming mouse based on temperature-sense adaptive adjustment and the control method thereof, it is achieved that when the temperature of a mouse is lower than the optimum temperature of the human body, heating and warming are carried out, and when the temperature is higher than the set maximum temperature, heating is stopped to meet the function of the working requirements at the different room temperatures.
