The safety belt comprises a safety belt body and a hanging rope, wherein the safety belt body comprises a belt and a buckle lock connected with the belt; a mounting box is arranged on the belt; and a control circuit is arranged in the mounting box. A wire circuit, a detection sensor and a communication module are mounted on the safety belt and are used for conducting three-dimensional positioning and real-time monitoring on hooks of the intelligent safety belt of power plant high-altitude work personnel and conducting sound-light alarming and real-time communication. Accordingly, correct wearing and using of the safety belt during the power plant aloft work are guaranteed. The safety belt are three-dimensionally positioned and monitored in real time in the using process. Once the safety belt is worn abnormally, a sound-light alarm unit gives an alarm, and the alarm is uploaded to a monitoring center through the GPRS communication module. Thus, potential safety hazards caused by incorrect wearing of the safety belt by the power plant aloft work personnel are eliminated.
