The healthy blend oil consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 56.6-63.4% of peanut oil, 28.0-32.0% of corn oil, 7.0-9.0% of rapeseed oil and 1.6-2.4% of sesame oil. The healthy blend oil is prepared through the following compounding steps of mixing four kinds of raw material oil of the peanut oil, the corn oil, the rapeseed oil and the sesame oil in proportion, adding the mixed raw material oil into a compounding pot, controlling the temperature in the pot to be in the range of 22-25 DEG C, performing stirring at the speed of 90-100r / min for 40-45min, performing filtration under the condition of the pressure being 0.5MPa and the temperature being 22 DEG C, and performing canning so as to obtain the healthy blend oil.
