Abstract

The invention relates to a variable frequency fan heat recovery ventilation system for livestock building four-season ventilation, which is mainly suitable for most national northern regions and also suitable for southern regions to use refrigeration air conditioners for cooling in summer. The system comprises a core body 1, a fan system, a bypass device, a cleaning filter device and an automatic control system. Aiming at the demand of high livestock building ventilation quantity, the combination mode and the parameter matching of a heat recovery core body and a ventilation fan are designed and developed, so that the relation between the heat recovery efficiency and the ventilation efficiency is balanced, the contradiction between the livestock ventilation and the heating/cooling energy consumption is solved, the emission of livestock waste gas and dust to the atmosphere is reduced, and the pollution of the livestock buildings to surrounding atmosphere is reduced; under the condition of not prominently reducing or raising the in-livestock building temperature, the in-livestock building air quality is improved, the disease generation rate is reduced, and the livestock building animal production performance is improved; and meanwhile, the bypass device, a variable frequency fan and the automatic control system are coupled to save the ventilation energy consumption and to reduce the investment cost of the livestock building ventilation system.
