Abstract

The invention discloses a communication network-based distribution automation system simulation test method. The method comprises a fault simulation software, a novel distribution automation terminal having the simulation function, a time setting device and a communication network. The fault simulation software is arranged in a computer at the background of a main station and is an off-line software. The software can be used for simulating various operation conditions according to the distribution network architecture and the configuration thereof, and generating the electric quantity and the switching value at the installation part of each distribution automation terminal. The novel distribution automation terminal can generate an analog quantity sampling value according to the effective values of the voltage and the current, and the phase input through the communication network. Meanwhile, the novel distribution automation terminal can generate a binary input sampling value according to a binary input state. The fault simulation software sends generated analog data, switching data and preset time data to the distribution automation terminal. After the time setting process of the GPS, the novel distribution automation terminal generates the corresponding data of an analog quantity and a switching quantity at a specified time moment according to the time data. Therefore, the system-level automatic test of the distribution network field can be realized at the background of the main station.
