The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a to-be-restored signal; performing forward channel estimation on n training sequence zn of the to-be-restored signal to obtain forward channel estimation (the formula is as shown in the specification) of the n signal; balancing the n data yn of the to-be-restored signal according to (the formula is as shown in the specification) to obtain first estimation (the formula is as shown in the specification) of the n sending signal; performing reverse channel estimation by using n+1 training signal zn+1 of the to-be-restored signal and the first estimation (the formula is as shown in the specification) of the sending signal to obtain reverse channel estimation (the formula is as shown in the specification) of the n signal; performing maximal-ratio combining frequency domain balance calculation on the to-be-restored signal according to the (the formula is as shown in the specification) and the (the formula is as shown in the specification) by means of the (the formula is as shown in the specification), and updating the n sending signal into second estimation (the formula is as shown in the specification); and performing demodulation and decoding on the second estimation according to the modulation and coding mode of a sending end.
