Accordingly, while the testing electrode mechanism slides on the sliding way mechanism, the magnitude of supplied currents is regulated, the condition that a fish in a fishpond is affected by impact currents which come at different angles and in the different directions or have different magnitudes can be realistically and scientifically simulated, a worker can take corresponding protective measures advantageously, and fish safety is ensured.
