Abstract

The invention discloses a molecular marker for identifying wheatear sprouting resistance based on a TAMFT-3A gene and a method thereof. The TAMFT-3A gene has a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.1, the molecular marker is an inserted / lost sequence which is positioned between 320 and 321 of the nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.1 and has a length of 33bp, and the nucleotide sequence of the molecular marker is as shown in the SEQ ID NO.2. The molecular marker is closely related to the wheatear sprouting resistance, and can be used for developing a novel functional marker for identifying the wheatear sprouting resistance, so that a new approach is provided to molecular identification of wheatear sprouting resistance, a new resource is provided to genetic breeding of wheatear sprouting resistance, the genetic resource library of wheatear sprouting resistance is enriched, and foundation is laid for genetic breeding of wheatear sprouting resistance.
