The heat dissipation system comprises draught fans, one or more wind inlet portions installed on the outer wall of a flow guiding hood and a wind outlet portion installed at the tail of a cabin hood; and the draught fans are installed on the wind inlet portions, and the wind inlet portions are located in front of a hub. The heat dissipation method utilizes the heat dissipation system, and the wind generating set comprises the heat dissipation system. The draught fans draw air outside the wind generating set into the wind inlet portions, and positive pressure air flows are formed in the wind inlet portions, flow into the flow guiding hood and are divided after being guided by the flow guiding hood and the hub so as to cool a stator upper winding and rotor upper magnetic steel, a stator lower winding and rotor lower magnetic steel and a bearing and a base of the engine.
