The method comprises the following steps: acquiring input container ship transportation scheduling basic parameter information; establishing a container ship logistics transportation scheduling mathematic model according to the basic parameter information to generate a target function; computing the container ship logistics transportation scheduling mathematic model by use of an improved firefly algorithm to determine an optimal solution of the target function; and taking the optimal solution of the target function as an optimal transportation path of the ship. By use of the container ship logistics transportation scheduling method disclosed by the invention, the container ship logistics transportation scheduling problem is solved through the improved firefly algorithm, the firefly number, position and other parameters in the improved firefly algorithm are defined, and the chaos initialization is performed on the firefly population; compared with the traditional container ship transportation path search algorithm, the method disclosed by the invention is more flexible; compared with the standard firefly algorithm, the method disclosed by the invention has higher optimizing speed, faster convergence speed, and better effect when solving the container ship logistics transportation path.
