The control method comprises the steps that a PWM driving signal used for driving all power switch tubes in a transformer primary-side circuit of the isolated DC-DC converter is generated and output; a transformer secondary-side coil output voltage waveform of the isolated DC-DC converter is acquired; whether the acquired transformer secondary-side coil output voltage waveform is consistent with a reference waveform or not is judged, wherein the reference waveform is a transformer secondary-side coil output voltage waveform obtained when the PWM driving signal is generated and output under the condition that wiring of transformer dotted terminals of the isolated DC-DC converter is correct; and if the acquired transformer secondary-side coil output voltage waveform is not consistent with the reference waveform, it is determined that the transformer dotted terminals of the isolated DC-DC converter are wrongly wired, and therefore whether the transformer dotted terminals of the isolated DC-DC converter are wrongly wired or not is distinguished.
