The seedlings are planted in current period and join the second season harvest. Then, by the same method and procedures, tissue culture replaces outdated-matured seedlings to interplant every two years. The mint growing in the field inherits and strengthens saline-alkali resistant gene and property of the mint all the time. The continuous high yield of the mint and gradual improvement of the soil are achieved. Compared with the prior art, the tissue re-culture replacement interplanting method in mint planting in the saline-alkali soil completely eradicates yield fluctuation of a one-time reseeding and trouble of new seeding import after the yield decreases year after year because of degeneration variation of the seedlings. The continuous high yield of the field planting and the gradual improvement of the soil are guaranteed and meanwhile, the seedlings inherit and strengthen the saline-alkali resistant gene and property.
