Abstract

The invention discloses a tower crane climbing system with an automatic climbing belt lifting function and belongs to the technical field of building machines. The tower crane climbing system comprises a support structure, a climbing belt, a tower, climbing belt guiding frames, climbing belt lifting climbing claws and a climbing belt safety device. The support structure is divided into two ways which are arranged at the bottom end of the tower and the climbing top end of the climbing belt. The multiple climbing belt guiding frames are vertically arranged, and the climbing belt penetrates in guiding grooves of the climbing belt guiding frames. The climbing belt lifting climbing claws and tower climbing claws are arranged in a one-to-one corresponding manner. When the climbing belt is lifted, the climbing belt climbing claws swing out and are matched and in contact with a step plate on the climbing belt, the climbing belt is lifted, and the tower climbing claws return and are fixed; when the tower climbs, the tower climbing claws swing out to be matched and in contact with the step plate on the climbing belt, the tower is lifted, and the climbing belt lifting climbing claws return to be fixed; and after the climbing belt is lifted to the preset height, the climbing belt is fixed through the climbing belt safety device.
