Abstract

The invention relates to a primary iron core for a linear motor. The primary iron core comprises a plurality of strip-shaped magnetic conductive substrates. The magnetic conductive substrates are orderly stacked and are aligned correspondingly such that the end parts of the bottom ends of the multiple magnetic conductive substrates are aligned to each other. The primary iron core also comprises two pressing plates which clamp the multiple magnetic conductive substrates from the stacking direction of the multiple magnetic conductive substrates. The primary iron core also comprises multiple pulling plates which are orderly arranged along the extension directions of the magnetic conductive substrates, each of the pulling plates and the top ends of the magnetic conductive substrates are welded together, wherein the primary iron core is suspended to the mouting base of the primary iron core through the pulling plates.
