Abstract

The invention belongs to the fields of environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of resources and particularly relates to a purification method of heavy metals in sludge and application of the purification method. The purification method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a spore suspension; (2) fermenting; (3) leaching; (4) ultrasonic radiation; and (5) leaching. The invention further discloses the application of the purification method in the field of treatment of environment-friendly solid waste. Experimental determination shows that after the sludge is purified by virtue of the technical scheme provided by the invention, the heavy metal content of the sludge is remarkably reduced. According to the purification method, organic acid is produced by virtue of the cooperation of ultrasonic waves and Aspergillus niger so as to remove heavy metals from municipal sludge for the first time, the operation is simple and convenient, and the removal efficiency of the heavy metals in the sludge is improved; and meanwhile, the treated sludge meets agricultural sludge standards in China, and the reutilization of resources can be realized.
