The power generation debugging system is applied to a wind turbine generator system and includes a controller, a static debugging circuit and a dynamic debugging circuit, wherein the static debugging circuit and the dynamic debugging circuit are connected with the controller; the static debugging circuit comprises a diesel electric generator, the dynamic debugging circuit comprises a reference power supply part and a power consumption part, wherein in a static debugging mode, the controller controls the static debugging circuit to work, the diesel electric generator generates electricity used for static debugging of the wind turbine generator system, in a dynamic debugging mode, the controller makes the power generation debugging system switched from the static debugging circuit working mode to the dynamic debugging circuit working mode, a reference power supply is provided for dynamic debugging of the wind turbine generator system by means of the reference power supply part, and the electric energy generated by the wind turbine generator system during dynamic debugging is consumed by means of the power consumption part.
