The invention discloses a student score early warning method based on data mining. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring and grading score data of graduated students in a school; mining all frequent item sets according with the minimum support count value in the score data by adopting an Apriori algorithm; obtaining all strong association rules by utilizing the frequent item sets; and performing data operation on all cores of students in the school by using the strong association rules, thereby obtaining the prediction and early warning results of the scores. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the academic record data of former students is acquired, and the acquired score data is subjected to data mining and correlation analysis, so that the strong association rules among scores of various subjects are obtained, and the scores of the students in the school are predicted and early warned according to the obtained strong association rules among the scores of various subjects; and therefore, the method disclosed by the invention is capable of timely predicting and early warning the student scores in real time from the objective data, and is objective, reasonable, scientific, high in calculation speed and high in precision.
