Abstract

The adapter plate comprises European sockets J1 and J2 connected with the communication plate, DB15 interfaces J7-J14 connected with a servo motor, a DB15 interface J15 connected with an external simulation circuit to realize an analog-to-digital function, a DB15 interface J21 connected with an external digital circuit to realize a digital-to-analog function, a DB9 interface J19 connected with an external RS485 bus, DB9 interfaces J18-J20 connected with external RS232 communication protocol equipment, DB9 interfaces J16 and J17 connected with external CAN communication protocol equipment as well as protection capacitors and fixing holes of all the interfaces. The adapter plate can change complex distribution of the communication plate of the modular industrial robot controller into simple and reasonable distribution and can realize simple connection of all the interfaces and guarantee the compact structure of the communication plate so as to reduce the size of the controller.
