Abstract

The present invention relates to a toe tapping exercise equipment, which allows a user to exercise by hitting the sides of both feet facing each other while repeatedly spreading and gathering the feet placed on a pair of footholds. The toe tapping exercise equipment according to the present invention comprises: a body; a pair of footholds which are arranged spaced apart from each other such that a left foot and a right foot can be placed side by side on one side of the body, and in which the part where a toe is located performs a pendulum movement using the part coming in contact with a heel as an axis; an operation means for operating the pair of footholds such that inner sides of the left foot and the right foot hit each other; and a controller for controlling an operation of the operation means.
