Abstract

The system adopts a distributive topology structure and includes an echelon battery module, an energy storage converter and a monitoring system. The monitoring system is set with monitoring cycles each of which includes the following steps when begins: 1. a charge state acquisition unit which is disposed inside the echelon battery module on each branch acquiring the charge state of each echelon battery module, uploading the charge state to the monitoring system through a CAN bus; 2. the monitoring system, based on the charge state of the echelon battery module of each branch and a dynamic power value that is set, calculating the power value that requires real-time controlling of each branch, issuing the power value to a corresponding energy storage converter for performing control, further controlling the real-time power in charging and discharging of each branch. According to the invention, the system ensures that the overal power meets systematic requirements, and the operation efficiency and service lifetime of the system is increased, and the risks of ineffectiveness of a single branch caused by over-charging or over-discharging of a single branch.
