Abstract

The rapid locking device comprises a double-thread fixed bolt and a combined bush, wherein a clamping groove is formed in a bolt body; the combined bush comprises an upper bush body, a lower bush body and a pair of movable clamping pieces; the lower bush body is riveted to the upper bush body; movable grooves are symmetrically formed in the upper bush body; and the movable clamping pieces are mounted in the movable grooves and penetrate through the movable grooves. When the rapid locking device is used, a using method comprises the following steps: step one, mounting the combined bush: riveting the upper bush body to a panel at first, then mounting a clamp spring and the movable clamping pieces in the movable grooves, and riveting the lower bush body onto the upper bush body to finish fixing of the combined bush to the panel; step two, mounting the bolt; and step three, mounting the panel on a bottom plate.
