[0045] 1.1 Experimental materials

[0046] 1.1.1 Tested strains

[0047] The tested strain was isolated from the diseased stem of pomegranate in our laboratory. It has a strong fruity aroma, and the strain number is PP1-1 pomegranate.

[0048] 1.1.2 Medium

[0049] PSA medium: 200g of potatoes, 17g of agar powder, 20g of sucrose, and 1000ml of water.

[0050] 1.2 Identification of aroma-producing fungi

[0051] 1.2.1 Morphological identification

[0052] Strain 15 was inoculated on PSA medium and incubated at 25°C for 15 days.

[0053] Observation by optical microscope: Use 1% milk phenol oil cotton plant to determine whether there is a glial sheath outside the ascospores. In order to determine whether there are colloidal sheaths outside the ascospores, 1% milk phenol oil of Medan is dropped on the glass slide. After the ascospores with colloidal sheaths meet the milk phenol oil of Medan, the ascospores turn black and the colloid sheaths...

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of biological fragrance production, in particular to a sweet potato longbeak shell fungus. The aroma-producing fungus is sweet potato long beak shell, which is preserved in the China Center for Type Culture Collection, and the preservation number is: CCTCC NO: M2016711; the preservation time is: December 1, 2016. The strain is easy to cultivate, and can produce a strong banana flavor when grown on solid medium for about 10 days. The strain can produce ethyl acetate, isobutyl acetate, benzoin aldehyde, 3-methyl butyrate as detected by GC-MS. Esters, nabumetone, styrene and other fruity substances. The discovery of this bacteria provides a new microbial resource for the production of spices by replacing plant raw materials.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of production of biological spices, in particular to an aroma-producing sweet potato fungus and its application. Background technique [0002] Fragrance substances have always been favored by people, but due to the shortage of natural animal and plant fragrance sources, long production cycle and high price, currently about 85% of fragrance compounds are produced by chemical synthesis. In recent years, it has been discovered that synthetic fragrances may contain toxic impurities and even carcinogenic ingredients, which has stimulated the research and development of synthetic natural fragrances and essences by biotransformation. The biosynthesis method is to simulate the natural animal and plant metabolic process to produce fragrance compounds, which has the characteristics of short cycle, large scale and safety. These flavor compounds have been defined as "natural" by European and US food regulations. [00...
