The high-temperature fluid side of a fourth heat exchanger of the device is respectively connected with the high-pressure side of a film separator and a pressure adjusting valve; the low-temperature fluid side is connected with a pipeline between a compressor and a third heat exchanger; the high-temperature fluid side of the third heat exchanger is respectively connected with a fuel gas outlet and an exhaust pipe of a reforming reactor, and the low-temperature fluid side is respectively connected with the compressor and the inlet of the reforming reactor. The invention utilizes hydrogen-preparing raw material gas harmless to the proton-exchange film fuel cell, namely the natural gas, as blowing gas at the inner side of a palladium film and decreases the partial pressure of the hydrogen at the inner side of the film so as to improve the hydrogen partial pressure difference inside and outside the film and improve the whole generation efficiency of the natural-gas reforming hydrogen preparation system and the fuel cell integrated generation system. The invention has simple design, good system heat match and high energy utilization rate and provides a new technological method for the natural gas reforming palladium film hydrogen preparation and proton-exchange film fuel cell integrated generation.

The controlled release fertilizer mainly comprises a controlled release agent with high content of biological carbon and a fertilizer, wherein the controlled release agent with high content of biological carbon comprises a polymer, biological carbon, an adsorbent and a catalyst, wherein the weight ratio of the polymer is 0.1-50%, the weight ratio of the biological carbon is 50-90%, the weight ratio of the adsorbent is 1-10%, and the particle size of the controlled release agent is 60-200 meshes. In the method of the invention, by applying the controlled release agent to the formula and the manufacturing process of fertilizer production and further combining the biological carbon with a polymerization micromatrix, the controlled release fertilizer prepared by the polymerization micromatrix with high content of biological carbon has various controlled release mechanisms of nutrient components required for plant growth and can increase the carbon cycle of biological substances, improve the soil and reduce the greenhouse gases in farmlands such as emission of CH4,N2O and the like, thus the controlled release fertilizer is a high-efficiency fertilizer capable of storing carbon in the soil, reducing emission and controlling release.

The invention relates to an electrodeposition-laser remelting strengthening process of a Ni-nanometer TiN composite layer on a surface of a nickel base superalloy. The process comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of plating solution: the plating solution comprises such components as nickel aminosulfonate, nickel chloride and water solution of boric acid; (2) preparation of electrodes: the area ratio of an anode to a cathode is 1.5: 1; and the anode and the cathode are arranged in parallel by a distance of 30 mm; (3) composite electrodeposition: a power supply adopts a two-way high-frequency pulse power supply; and (4) laser remelting: a solid pulse laser processor is adopted to perform the one-way laser remelting; and applied power ultrasonic waves, high-intensity magnetic fields and high-frequency pulse current parameters assist the electrodeposition process. The process organically combines the electrodeposition Ni-nanometer TiN composite layer technology with the laser cladding technology, is a new composite processing technology of physics and electrochemistry, and has the advantages of high processing efficiency and quality and wider application range. The process can satisfy the use requirements of nickel base alloy parts under the working conditions of high speed, high temperature, high impact load and corrosion.

The invention relates to a trust-based cross-domain authentication method. The conventional method has the disadvantages of poor compatibility and low efficiency. The method comprises that: a first authentication server in a first trust domain performs identity authentication on a first entity, and sends an authentication result to a second authentication server in a second trust domain; the second authentication server verifies whether the first authentication server is lawful by utilizing the pre-established PKI authentication-based trust relationship, if the first authentication server is lawful, the process is continued, and if the first authentication server is not lawful, the process is finished; and finally, the second authentication server judges whether the received authentication result indicates the first authentication server passes the authentication, if the authentication result indicates the first authentication server passes the authentication, the cross-domain authentication is successful, and if the authentication result indicates the first authentication server does not pass the authentication, the cross-domain authentication is failed. The method simplifies the cross-domain authentication flow and improves the cross-domain authentication efficiency.

Copper strip flexible connector and forming production line thereof

The invention discloses a copper strip flexible connector, which can be formed by superposing a plurality of red copper foils. A plurality of red copper foils on two ends of the copper strip flexible connector are connected together by adopting the bonding technology, and the outer sides of the above mentioned two ends are wrapped by silver plating layers; and the ends of the copper strip flexible connector are respectively provided with at least one bolt connecting hole. The electrosilvering of the ends of the copper strip flexible connector can be carried out after the bonding, and then the problems such as the complicated technology of the silver plating copper sheets welded on the outer sides of the ends and the cost increasing of the silver plating of the copper sheets on the two outer sides of the whole copper strip connector can be solved, and the electrosilvering of the ends of the copper strip flexible connector can be carried out after the bonding, and the seams among the red copper foils are disappeared after the bonding, and therefore the electrosilvering cannot enter the positions among the red copper foils, and the electrolyte residual and the acid regurgitation phenomenon can be prevented. The copper strip flexible connector is advantageous in that the technology is simple, and the costs are low; the acid regurgitation phenomenon can be prevented, and the corrosion-resistant performance is good, and the conductivity is high.
