Abstract

The invention provides a calibration method used for a humidity sensor in a high-humidity environment. The method includes: a heating device and a feedback temperature probe are arranged above a water surface in a thermostatic bath, an electric control part of the humidity sensor is arranged outside the thermostatic bath, and a temperature and humidity sensing probe of the humidity sensor is arranged on the heating device; the heating device is controlled to be heated to multiple different temperature points with the set temperature of the thermostatic bath by employing the electric control part; a period is continued at each temperature until the water vapor around the temperature and humidity sensing probe is in a saturated vapor state and the feedback temperature and the display temperature of the humidity sensor are consistent; and the humidity sensor is calibrated according to a saturated water vapor absolute humidity value corresponding to the current temperature. According to the method, the humidity value in the high-humidity environment is simulated through the thermostatic bath, whether the system reaches the requirement is determined through heating and temperature feedback systems, and the calibration of the measuring range of the conventional humidity sensor is realized.
