Abstract

The invention discloses a waste paper regeneration device based on a biological method. The waste paper regeneration device is composed of parts including a device body, a stirring assembly, a piston assembly, a heating assembly, a filtering assembly and the like, wherein the stirring assembly is used for stirring paper pulp in a pulping chamber; the piston assembly is used for controlling the pulping chamber and a dehydration chamber to be communicated or blocked; the heating assembly is used for drying the paper pulp in the dehydration chamber; the filtering device is used for filtering and separating the paper pulp in the dehydration chamber. The invention further discloses an application method of the waste paper regeneration device based on the biological method; the application method comprises the following steps: step S1, providing the waste paper regeneration device; step S2, supplying paper; step S3, immersing; step S4, pulping; step S5, deinking; step 6, dehydrating; step S7, flattening and drying.
