The algae-water separation system comprises a raw water system and a washing system which are connected with a blue algae separation system, wherein the blue algae separation system is used for filtering the blue alga to separate the blue alga from water; a raw water tank in the raw water system is filled with the water containing the blue alga; the blue alga in the water containing the blue alga is intercepted through a blue algae separation membrane of the blue algae separation system and permeation liquid which permeates through the blue algae separation membrane is discharged; the washing system comprises an air scrubbing system, a backwashing system and a rapid rushing system; the air scrubbing system is used for providing high-pressure air for scrubbing so that pollutants are released from the outer surface of the blue algae separation membrane; the backwashing system is used for pressing the permeation liquid into the blue algae separation system from a backwashing valve and the permeation liquid is discharged out from an exhausting valve of a discharging opening; tap water of the rapid rushing system enters from a water inlet of the blue algae separation system and solid suspension matters are discharged from the exhausting valve of the discharging opening.
