Abstract

A waste tobacco is transported to a tobacco blowing station through a tobacco conveying assembly and then is pressed by a tobacco press plate; and air is blew to a filter tip of the waste tobacco through an air blowing assembly to blow the cut tobacco outside from a paper tube. The separated cut tobacco is conveyed to a screening mechanism through a conveying mechanism to be screened and impurities in the cut tobacco are removed. Furthermore, the cut tobacco is discharged from a discharge hole of the screening mechanism and falls into a packaging box on one aligned bearing plate. After one packaging box is full, a receiving mechanism moves, and the next bearing plate is moved to be aligned with the discharge hole of the screening mechanism, thereby collecting the cut tobacco by using the next packaging box. The receiving mechanism circulates in order, and a worker only needs to take down the full packaging box and arrange another new packaging box.
