Abstract

The invention discloses internal surface microtexture forming equipment used for machining microtextures on the inner cavity walls of workpieces. The internal surface microtexture forming equipment comprises a positioning device, a driving device arranged on the positioning device, and a machining device arranged on the driving device. The machining device is cylindrical, and the outer circumferential face of the machining device is provided with a plurality of abrasive particles at least partially protruding out of the surface of the machining device. The positioning device pushes the driving device to be moved to a moving position, so that the abrasive particles are attached to the inner cavity walls of the workpieces. The driving device drives the machining device to rotate, so that the abrasive particles grind the inner cavity walls of the workpieces. The abrasive particles are arranged on the outer surface of the machining device are used for machining the inner cavity walls of the workpieces along with rotation of the machining device so as to form the microtextures, and the machining efficiency is high. When machining the workpieces, the abrasive particles can rotate on a machining plate, abrasive wear is made even and the service life is long.
