The robot comprises a rotating platform used for being fixed on the foundation piles and a working platform connected with the rotating platform, wherein the working platform comprises an upper mounting part and a lower mounting part in rotating connection with the upper mounting part; an avoiding hole is formed in each of the upper mounting part and the lower mounting part; an upper locking mechanism is arranged on the upper mounting part; a lower locking mechanism is arranged on the lower mounting part; the upper locking mechanism or the lower locking mechanism is used for locking the working platform on the foundation piles; at least one lifting device is mounted on the rotating platform; the lifting device is connected with the working platform and drives the working platform to move along the foundation piles; the lifting device further enables the rotating platform to rotate along with the rotation of the working platform.
