The method comprises the following steps: determining a video frame with the POI in the video; determining a track point, corresponding to the video frame, in the track according to the shooting time of the video frame and the recording time of the track corresponding to the video; determining the heading direction of the acquisition tool at the track point according to the locations of the track point and adjacent track points; determining a shooting direction corresponding to the track point according to the heading direction of the acquisition tool at the track point and the value of an included angle between a preset shooting direction and heading direction of the acquisition tool; and determining the location of the POI in the video frame according to the location of the track point and the shooting direction.
