Problems solved by technology

[0005] When the drive circuit outputs a low-level signal, the IGBT is turned off, and the LC starts to charge and discharge. During this process, the LC voltage switches back and forth between the high-voltage state and the low-voltage state. Correspondingly, the collector potential of the IGBT is between the high-voltage state and the low-voltage state. Switching back and forth, if the IGBT is turned on during the LC high voltage, it may cause damage to the IGBT due to its collector voltage being too high

Abstract

The invention discloses a pulse width limiting circuit for an IGBT driving signal and an electromagnetic heating device. The circuit comprises an IGBT driving signal input circuit, a falling edge trigger circuit, a delay control circuit and an analog switching circuit, wherein the falling edge trigger circuit is used for outputting a falling edge pulse signal when the IGBT driving signal input by the IGBT driving signal input circuit is at a falling edge; the delay control circuit is used for receiving the falling edge pulse signal, carrying out energy storage and discharging, outputting a first control signal when a discharge voltage is higher than a preset voltage value, and outputting a second control signal when the discharge voltage is lower than the preset voltage value; and the analog switching circuit is used for stopping outputting the IGBT driving signal to an IGBT when receiving the first control signal, and controlling the IGBT driving signal to be output to the IGBT when receiving the second control signal. According to the pulse width limiting circuit for the IGBT driving signal and the electromagnetic heating device, which are disclosed by the invention, the problem of damage to the IGBT, which is caused by opening of the IGBT in a high voltage period in the LC oscillating process, can be avoided, and working safety of the IGBT is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of electric heating, in particular to a pulse width limiting circuit of an IGBT drive signal and an electromagnetic heating device. Background technique [0002] IGBT is a switching device used for high voltage control. In the LC oscillation circuit, the collector of the IGBT is connected to the LC, the emitter of the IGBT is grounded, and the gate of the IGBT is connected to the drive circuit. [0003] When the LC is energized, it oscillates due to mutual charging and discharging of the LC, which causes the LC voltage to switch back and forth between high voltage and low voltage. Wherein, the IGBT driving signal is outputted through the driving circuit, and the IGBT is controlled to be turned on or off accordingly, so as to prevent the LC voltage from being balanced and stop the oscillation. [0004] When the drive circuit outputs a high-level signal, the IGBT is turned on, and the LC oscillating circuit ...
