Embodiment Construction

[0023] Please refer to the attached figure 1 And attached figure 2 As shown, the present invention is a splicing method of partially assembled prefabricated columns, which includes the following process steps:

[0024] 1), prefabricated H-shaped steel-concrete partial composite column 1. Wherein, the H-shaped steel-concrete composite column 1 is composed of H-shaped steel column 2 and concrete 3 filled in the H-shaped steel column 2 . Wherein, the H-shaped steel column 2 includes a web 21 and flanges 22 arranged at both ends of the web 21 . Tie rods 23 are welded on the upper and lower flanges 22 of the H-shaped steel column 2, and the tie rods 23 are used to tie the upper and lower flanges 22 of the H-shaped steel column and restrain the concrete 3 poured in.

[0025] The concrete 3 is filled between the flanges 22, and the longitudinal reinforcement 24 is pre-embedded therein. The longitudinal reinforcement 24 extends along the length direction of the H-shaped steel col...

Abstract

The invention relates to a splicing method for partial composite prefabricated columns. The splicing method comprises the following technological steps that (1), the H-shaped steel-concrete partial composite columns are prefabricated; (2), concrete is not poured in the partial composite columns at a lap joint area in advance, and bolt holes are formed in webs of the lap joint area; (3), longitudinal bars in the spliced prefabricated columns stretch out of respective intermediate areas to the lap joint area, but sections of distances d are left on the stretch-out longitudinal bars of the spliced columns; (4), the two sliced columns are subjected to bolt-welding connection in the lap joint area; (5), in the lap joint area, lap joint steel bars are adopted to be connected with the longitudinal bars in the spliced columns in a welding mode; and (6), after the steps from the step (2) to the step (5) are completed, the concrete is poured in the lap joint area. The splicing method for the partial composite prefabricated columns has the multiple advantages that construction is convenient and splicing is firm, and the domestic blank in partial composite column splicing is filled.

Description

[0001] 【Technical field】 [0002] The invention relates to a construction method of building components, in particular to a splicing method of partially assembled prefabricated columns, and belongs to the technical field of building construction methods. [0003] 【Background technique】 [0004] The steel-concrete partial composite member is a new type of composite member proposed in Europe in the 1980s. The basic type of its section is to fill the flanges of H-shaped steel members with concrete. This composite member has the advantages of large bearing capacity, high rigidity, and good fire resistance, but it has not been practically used in China at present. [0005] However, filling concrete between the flanges of H-shaped steel members will cause some composite columns to be more difficult when splicing columns. [0006] Therefore, in order to solve the above technical problems, it is indeed necessary to provide an innovative splicing method for partially assembled prefabri...
