A liquid-cooling multi-inverter controller system for a ship comprises a plurality of inverters, wherein the plurality of inverters are connected to a public DC bus, a pre-charging circuit is connected onto a power supply loop between each inverter and the public DC bus, each inverter is used for providing a three-phase AC power supply for a motor, one of the inverters is also used for providing the three-phase AC power supply for a circulation cooling device by a sine filter, the circulation cooling device is connected with a liquid-cooling device of the inverter through a liquid supply pipeline and a liquid return pipeline, and the circulation cooling device and each inverter are in communication connection through a network and monitoring center. In the liquid-cooling multi-inverter controller system employing the technical scheme, multiple groups of ship inverters employ a liquid-cooling heat dissipation technology, no extra fan and air conditioner are needed to be arranged, a cooling liquid directly flows into cooling coils in the inverters from an input pipeline to cool the cooling coils, and the heat dissipation efficiency of the system can be effectively improved.
