Abstract

The invention discloses a coal mine coalface advance support section single supporting column rapid moving-arrangement device and method which are suitable for being used in a coal mine downhole roadway supported by single supporting columns in a downhole. Sliding channels and embracing hoop pieces are welded to be a whole and fixed on the row of single supporting columns through the embracing hoop pieces. The single supporting columns needing to be transported are conveyed to a supporting position through hanging chains, hooks and a sliding device. With advancing of a coalface, the sliding channels are utilized circularly by detaching and mounting the embracing hoop pieces. The device is simple in structure and convenient to use. Compared with a manual detaching mode, the labor intensity of workers is relieved greatly, the working efficiency is improved significantly, and the single supporting columns are carried rapidly and safely.
