The invention discloses an ore rock blasting classification method based on the fractal theory. The method includes the steps that the fractal dimension of rock mass joints is obtained through the fractal theory; specific factors influencing ore rock blastability are analyzed through the theory of blasting and mechanism, the wave impedance, tensile strength, compressive strength, (rock mass joint) fractal dimensions are selected to serve as criterion indexes of blasting classification on this basis, the rock blastability is divided into seven classes, and the weight coefficients of all the indexes are determined; and at last, the extension theory is combined with rock mass blasting evaluation, the diversity and complexity of rock mass blastability influence factors are considered, the parameters capable of reflecting the rock mass integration engineering characteristic are selected from the aspect of practical engineering for evaluation, and a rock mass blasting classification matter-element model is established on the basis of the matter-element theory, extension set theory and correlation function calculation. The joint fissure fractal dimension is used as the rock mass blasting classification index, the geologic features of rock mass are known from the macroscopic scale, and the rock mass integrity can achieve quantitative description. Practical application results show that using the rock mass joint quantitative description as the blasting evaluation index is reliable and effective. The method is of important practical significance to improving the blasting effect and reducing the blasting cost.
