The invention discloses a competitive market simulation system. The system comprises an input port, a competitive radar and an output port. The input port is used for inputting a product set of a market, wherein the product set comprises a focal product and a competitive product with a competitive relationship with the focal product in the market. The competitive radar is used for setting coordinates of the focal product and calculating coordinates of the competitive product relative to the focal product. The output port is used for outputting a first coordinate point used for representing the focal product and a second coordinate point used for representing the competitive product; and a distance between the first coordinate point and the second coordinate point is used for representing a competitive degree between the focal product and the competitive product. According to the system, the deficiencies of expensive and time-consuming consumer survey and lack of a decision-making basis for a marketing decision maker in the prior art can be made up for; the focal product and the competitive product are subjected to comparative analysis; the competitive degree of the focal product and the competitive product is accurately and vividly reflected; and the marketing decision maker is assisted to determine a marketing policy.
