Abstract

The invention discloses a HEVC intra-frame prediction method based on SATD reuse. The scheme is as follows: 1) establishing a cached variable and array; 2) numbering 4*4 block in a CTU, computing a reusable mode number of the block at the 8*8 layer, the 16*16 layer, the 32*32 layer and the 64*64 layer; 4) traversing all 4*4 blocks in the CTU to compute the reusable mode numbers thereof; 5) computing the sum of absolute transformed difference of the 4*4 block at the non-reusable modes of 4*4 layer, the 8*8 layer, the 16*16 layer, the 32*32 layer and the 64*64 layer; 6) acquiring the reusability of the current mode at the 8*8 layer, the 16*16 layer, the 32*32 layer and the 64*64 layer; 7) storing the sum of the absolute transformed difference of the current mode to a two-dimensional array corresponding to the reusable layer; and 10) entering the next traversing or ending the intra-frame prediction.
