Abstract

The invention discloses a data packet identification system and method. The system comprises a mobile terminal and external equipment, wherein the mobile terminal comprises a first application processor, a first modem connected with a physical subscriber identity module, and a first radiofrequency module; and the external equipment comprises a second application processor, a second modem connected with an embedded subscriber identity module, and a second radiofrequency module. The method comprises the following steps: when the first application processor is woken up, receiving a data packet transmitted by the second application processor; identifying a packet header of the received data packet in order to determine whether the packet header carries a preset packet header identifier or not; and if the packet header does not carry the preset packet header identifier, sending a retransmission message to the second application processor, so that the second application processor retransmits the data packet. Residual packets are identified, the second application processor is instructed to retransmit the data packet immediately during reception of the residual packets, and a prompt response is given to the data packet, so that the data transmission accuracy is increased.
